Better than shredding
Pages from phone books end up in my post-bokashi scernarios a lot, but that's because they're here. I'd much rather not receive the plastic-wrapped doorstops at all.

Who am I? An apartment-dwelling gardener with a philosophical objection to paying for trash (hauling it away, buying it back as compost, etc.) Surely there's something I can do...?
I'm a curious container gardener--does that sound like I'm growing buckets?--and new to containerized composting, but so far, very impressed.
If you have questions about the bokashi process, please post them; I'll see if I can find some answers. And of course, tips from more experienced bokashi-ers are always welcome.
